I thought a bath was supposed to make me feel better.

*watches temperature climbing over 101 for the third night in a row*

Sorry to hear about that. High temps always give me headaches, and I hope at least *that* part is over with.

*gentle hugs*

A bath does make you feel better... in the long run. Try to be patient; you've got a nice, hearty flu there.

Pats onna head, from a long enough distance to not get my hand bit.

We say foo to the nasty viri, and hope they go away and bother somebody else.

When I had pnumonia my temperature would spike (and cool) at downright predictable times of day. IIRC it always cooled off a bit around noon and shot sky high in the early evening. Would be down a bit by morning and then climb until about midmorning.

I gather that fevers often do cycle like that if they don't break and just taper off.

Try drinking chicken broth with lots of thyme in it. Thyme will burn out a fever. It's a strong antibacterial, so it does help!
