Read this post about an important treaty being negotiated, and see if you feel as cheesed off about it as I do. It's of a piece with the drive to destroy net neutrality, and, in point of fact, violates the rights of not just fannish creators, but all of the people who have worked to create broadcasted shows, movies, etc.

Want rights in something? Publishing rights? Copyrights? Whatever. I say we need laws that say that if you don't exercise those rights, you lose them within a fairly short time period. Hell, I still can't get a legal DVD of the Man from UNCLE...
