rabidsamfanI can't think of April. I just can't. It's gotten hot here at last, at least in the day, and my "Fell Winter" muse has crawled off into a corner. It shall have to stand as is for a bit.
Work has gone crazy. According to the myths, summer is a slow time at the library, but not when it's the major season for programs. Summer Reading Club has turned into a juggernaut of ridiculous proportions, thumping through my week as I desperately try to spend all the money from this year's budget before June 30th.
But I have got an author to come visit. She's even got a website. www.mitaliperkins.com. It's kind of cool, if you like kid's books.
