argh, how frustrating! Now at 7 a.m. when they're sleeping, that's the time to dust off the trombone that you haven't played in years and have a three-hour practice session! :)

I think we have the same neighbor. The guys in the next apartment get home from work at 11 p.m. and go to bed at 5 a.m. They like to have guests over every night. Every. Night. *sigh*
