Could you manage some wholewheat bread, or toast, and some water? That should help things a little. Or some fruit, maybe? You need to get some carbs into you.
I managed some milktoast yesterday without repercussions, but today even the gatorade makes me feel uncertain. The apple cider is slightly better, though, as long as I keep the sips small.
