Ladyhawke has been my absolute fav film for *years*. Probably if it didn't have that chintzy soundtrack it would still tie with LOTR for my affections. But Howard Shore tipped the balance...

I wanted to comfort Mouse all the time... and I fell in love with Rutger Hauer. One of the most underestimated actors of these times.
