The gallery has some pics I haven't seen before. Nice.

I still have mixed feelings, but I think it may turn out tolerable.

Mixed feelings: me, too. But I did like the comment about Holmes and Watson being 2 halves of a whole, and that Watson is sensible and keeps Holmes grounded. Also the part about Holmes being almost a savant.

I still don't get why they won't give RDJ a shave and a haircut to play Holmes. *Jude looks very nice, though* :)

I think they must have decided that the "catlike love of cleanliness" comment in HOUN was sarcasm...

I hope so, because it'll be so much fun to see you happy. :)

Every single article about this film confuses me the more. We get "Initially, we were just infusing the dialogue with Doyle-isms"
and The sleuth, scruffy and stubbly, with a whip in one hand and a sword in the other in the same bloody article! And then the backhanded half-compliment to Jeremy... I have no idea what to think any more. I give up. "Jude Law is pretty" is the closest thing to an opinion on this movie which I will allow myself from henceforth (until it comes out, anyway).

I astound myself with how much I am willing to put up with a scruffy Holmes in exchange for an intelligent Watson...
