Upndown. Felt okay until the humidity and temp (outside, not mine) both started climbing this afternoon. I suspect I will have to go and hide out someplace with air conditioning tomorrow when it is at its hottest. Starting to come alive again now that the sun is heading down.

I did find the tylenol, eventually...
