I've been happily sitting up all day (after sleeping in late) and poking a bit at "The Errand Lad" and finagling an Emergency! fic into possible shape and reading some of the GMA noms and now a cold front has gone through with wind and rain and blech and all I want to do is take something and crawl back into bed...

Oh, well.

You know, this is the sort of thing that reminds me not to beat my characters up and then send them racing around doing heroic deeds right afterwards. At least not often...

Well, I've slept a lot! But that happens when you've done something as silly as volunteer to get your throat cut. Part of me is considering taking the full second week off, but I'll have to re-evaluate on Tuesday. My boss wouldn't mind if I did, I know, but I feel a little guilty leaving them alone during vacation week.
