I wanted to see the trailer for Nanny McPhee and wound up on the apple website looking at several. I'm glad to finally see a new trailer for "Akeelah and the Bee" -- I was afraid that one had died somewhere along the way. And "Poseidon" looks like they've had fun watching the original over and over.

But... Tristram Shandy? Oh, my! And oh, my goodness, does it look like it's going to be fun!

ETA: By the way, I've noticed that some replies to my comments aren't producing e-mails, although I don't know why. Some work, some don't... So I'm not ignoring you, honest!

Oh no... there's a remake of "Poseidon"? And what is "Akeelah and the Bee"?

http://www.apple.com/trailers/ is where you go. You'll need quicktime, but you can load it there. It's a good middle-of-the-night-can't-sleep website.

Yes, and judging from the trailer it's going to be just as full of interruptions and circumlocations as the original, flipping from Tristram himself to the people making the movie and back.

There's one point where the guy making the film says that TS is number eight in the list of a hundred all time great books, and the interviewer points out that he means chronologically... That's when I knew I was doomed...
