Did you ever see a movie called "The Road to Wellville", or read the book? I'm asking, because we rented it once when my friend's father was still alive, and her mom howled with laughter -- she had a great appreciation for the humor of the lower colon, just then, because so much of managing a man with a stroke and a new puppy involved dealing with s***.

Well, my brain keeps wandering in that direction, so, if you don't mind the language or the topic, here goes.

Very much just a snippet tonight, as I have deleted twenty-five twenty six versions of Legolas' retort.

Beryllia was glad to get Frodo's message and immediately set to making both sorts of eggs. Catrienne smacked Bergil's fingers before he could find out whether or not the berries in the bowl were ripe enough to serve and then made him wash his hands and face again before allowing him and Ansell to carry the trays out to the dining hall. There was plenty of food. Fresh berries, clotted cream, salt cod cooked to a nice turn, bread and griddle cakes and eggs, of course. The King's Companions fell on the bounty with cries of delight. Even the tall Elf was quick to fill his plate, and the Dwarf, arriving behindhand and still twisting the braids in his beard, exclaimed with dismay. "Twas only last night you feasted, Master Greenleaf! Do leave some for the mortals among us."
