If you participated in the MEFAs or just hung around the edges, or you want to know more, take a gander at [livejournal.com profile] mefas. Right now it's post mortem season, so here's your chance to say what worked and didn't work for you or to ask questions.

Oh, and the banners just got posted at the main site yesterday. http://gabrielle.sytes.net/mefa/index.html and scroll down. The author banners link doesn't work yet, but the story ones seem to. And if you've got dialup and can't wait for all those images, drop me a comment and I'll see if I can't get the exact images you need with my DSL (between housecleanings, of course.)

Thanks, RSF! Wow, they sure went to a lot of trouble. A simple "MEFA 2005 Award Winner" banner would have sufficed!

These awards are incredibly complicated for the admins, but with the intention of making sure that they reward the broadest range of authors and encourage participation, more than anything else. I'm really hoping that some of the LJ hobbity people get more involved next year, too (not that there weren't plenty of stories there! but because I love hobbity stories.)

Go play!

I have to find my list of what I won, actually. *blush* I've forgotten already.
