I thought the new US trailer for Goblet of Fire was cool, until I saw the international trailer...

http://www.veritaserum.com/ has it, go down a ways and you'll see the links.

ETA: If I typed it right you can download the trailer (right click save as) at

http://libsyn.com/media/pottercast/gof_trailer_3_HD.wmv

gacked from the Leaky Cauldron. (www.the-leaky-cauldron.org)

I just about died when I saw the US trailer, and then I saw the international trailer and I think my heart stopped. I so cannot wait to see this movie.

Is Prisoner of Azkaban any good? Would you recommend I go watch it? (I only ask because you sound like someone who has seen it)

Yup. The visual style changes from the first two films a bit, though. But if you like HP you should definitely give it a shot.

I am, too. But I know when the movie will go to the theatres... and I have no idea when Mrs. Rowling will finish book seven. First things first. *grins*

Hmph. No sound on my computer in the office - but the visuals are absolutely stunning!

Now if I can just convince hubby that we really, really need to see this movie... :)

I ended up seeing RotK on the big screen by myself one snowy Saturday morning (we were living in Burlington MA at the time) - because there was just no point dragging him to a 3.5+ hour movie and paying $10 just to get in the door - plus popcorn and soda - when he really didn't want to see it.

He hasn't read any of the HP books, but he has allowed himself to be dragged to the movies, and has played all of the video games. We'll see. I'm working on him. ("Quidditch World Cup - and Ireland wins it!" "Harry riding a broomstick to outfly a dragon!" "Ralph Fiennes as Voldemort!") ;)
