Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I emailed the link to my husband, as well. It's awfully nice to have a Southern Baptist minister testifying this way in SC! (Now, if he'd just repeat that in DC when the time comes, life would be hopeful again.)
Now that's a sermon I'd get up at the crack of dawn to hear any day. And if I could find a pastor like this in my hometown (who had the courage to speak such counter-doctrinal truth), I might even become a regular pew warmer.
And he only reserved his harshest word for the religious/ political establishment which had become quite adept at fixing their constitutions to separate the decent folk from the different folk. He said they were like tombstones---pretty and white on the outside, but dead and empty on the inside.
heh heh -- print it out, take it with you to the local churches, hand it to the pastor and ask him to comment. You'll know in two minutes whether or not he's worth coming back to listen to again.
