I think she has things to overcome that the men in the story have no clue about, actually... It's a credit to her (and to Faramir's gentle persistence) that she ever actually meets his eyes.

Eomer got to go out and ride about with people he could talk openly to at least some of the time. When did she ever get that chance? Personally, I think half her attraction to Aragorn is that he stands in Theoden's hall and doesn't fear to tell the truth about what's happening.

Better. The fever is gone, but he's still very tired. This afternoon he fell asleep on the living room carpet, wrapped in his favorite blanket, and the whole family had to step over him.
