How to Build a Moose (Don't ask)

Well, in theory anyway.
Take some stacking chairs on a dolly -- kind of like these for your base. If you don't have stacking chairs raid the nearest church, business, or school. Someone has them. And the dolly. I promise.
Add a brown chair cover over the top chair
Wrap the chair legs in brown fabric, for the moose legs.
Make a moose head out of papier mache. Paint the eyes red to show the lasers are working. Attach to the front of the chair cover.
Add small child riding on chair. Push.
