Y'know....

It's kind of pitiful to be looking at 11:30 of a New Year's Eve and thinking, "Do I want to stay awake for the fireworks?" Especially when the fireworks are going to be visible from two blocks away from your front door. And will be far too loud to sleep through in any case...

But I went to the Bettye LaVette concert at Symphony Hall, and it was very good and now my brain is full...
