Gentle Antidote (11200 words) by Anonymous
Chapters: 1/1
I keep thinking I've gotten bored with the whole soulmark trope, and then I come across a fic like this one. Truly wonderful, with all the characters so much younger and still being completely themselves.
Daisy Bell (32278 words) by Anonymous
Chapters: 6/6
This is wonderfully layered, with each of the familiar characters perfect, and new characters who fall into the roles we might expect given the premise of the series. I loved how the story gave us the kind of detailed plotting that lead us to an ending that made tremendous internal sense, and never lost sight of where it was going or seemed to wander off the path.
Galaxy Gals (2784 words) by Anonymous
Chapters: 1/1
The ladies of Galaxy Quest talk about the return of the show, romance on set and paving the way for more women on the bridge of the NSEA Protector
Gwen and Laliari get interviewed, and not about their uniforms.
Bookmarker's Notes:How much do I love this? Many, many, many, LOTS!
The top of the Mountain (is empty) (6188 words) by Anonymous
Summary:
Shan Yu reminisces.
Bookmarker's Notes:Amazing imagery and worldbuilding. I doubt I'll ever see the character the same way now.
Just One Little Thing Summary:
It's a typical day at the LAPD. Until it isn't.
Bookmarker's Notes:Perfect voice, great story for both fandoms. If you grew up on these like I did, you'll find yourself looking for your socks.
Sunset on Roan Inish (1050 words) by Anonymous
Chapters: 1/1
Fandom: The Secret of Roan Inish (1994)
A lovely, fluffy coda to the film, when the children are a bit older, but Roan Inish's magic has not faded a smidgen. The characterization is spot on.
This was one of my gifts, and I couldn't be more pleased with it.Of Wishes and Swords
Seawoll meets Nightingale for the first time. A well thought out, and well written idea that had me wanting to go find something to hug by the end.
Another gift to me, and so very much just what I wanted for both Nightingale and Seawoll.
