And here are some of mine that you may or may not have seen. At the 20_rings community, I've been posting fics that all feature young pre-Quest Frodo, Sam, Merry and Pippin. The stories cross over their growing up ages all the way to just a year or so before the Quest. Most of them are very short drabbles or vignettes, and very fluffy.

I can only recommend a few of my own stories.

The Storm of 1403 (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/1966626/1/): During a rainstorm in Minas Tirith, Pippin remembers a storm from his childhood.

Rescue (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/1672416/1/): In which Faramir Took is up a tree (literally), Pippin is chastised, and Diamond is in full mother-mode.

This Little Piggy (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/1634601/1/): A tweenaged Frodo plays an age-old game with little Merry, who always has a question for his older cousin.

And then there's Reminiscences (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/1727684/1/), which isn't fluffy, but it is Sam-centric, though not h/c, either. And now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure you've read all of these. Oh, well, right?
