Cubital Tunnel Syndrome?

Whoever heard of Cubital Tunnel Syndrome? Fortunately, it was right next to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in the Merck Manual, so at least I have a clue why my left arm has felt like I hit my funny bone for two days straight.

Yeesh.

Doctor on Friday. *sigh*

Ow, I'm sorry to hear that. I have a mild case of that, along with 'ulnar nerve entrapment' and some tendinitis. My whole right arm, wrist, and hand are a mess. I hope you can get some relief. I've had three nerve conduction tests done; do you have to have one of those?

Ouch :( Not heard of it by that name, no.

Hope your arm is better soon!

I don't know. At this point I'm in self-diagnosis land. *sigh*

Me too! Although at the moment it's more annoying than anything else.

*hugs*

I hope you won't need surgery.

Oh no! I hope the cure is rapid, painless, and effective forever!

Good old Tennis Elbow. Been there. (No, I don't play tennis. Mine was from a fall.) All it took for me was anti-inflammatories, a little pressure wrap support do-hickey on my elbow and a sling. I hope it works out as well for you.

I'd heard of it. ;) I scrubbed on an ulnar nerve release when I was an intern (more years ago than I care to think about) and I know the orthopods here do that surgery occasionally.
