I was pointed to this story by zirconia_b She was right, it's a story I really liked. Very Sammish, very moving. You can feel grief for those who are grieving, even if you have not personally experienced the loss. And how can it be wrong to honor the loss that others are experiencing? Once again, Sam's hobbit-sense and compassion shine through.
